My Internet Success Story. --How I got started, till 'where I am today'

To understand my internet success story, let us first learn some new Finnish vocabulary?


For those non-Finnish native speakers. Below, in bold font are two exotic Finnish words which, translated into English mean: 'Stump Removal.' More commonly known as 'Stump Grinding' in the Anglophone worlds.

Please bear with me! A stump grinder is a special machine that grinds out stumps. --Engineers like me are always fascinated at those kind of thingies!

What does all this have to do with being successful at something?

Type in the Finnish words for Stump Grinding into a Google search Another window opens. Copy the two words in bold lettering listed below into the search. (without quotes)

"kantojen jyrsintÀ"

Examine 'Googles' search results for listing for the domain name www.jepp.fi(my little yard business web-pages.)

Usually the results for these search words are on page 'One' of the google search, without much updating.-- Very little effort!!

And that goes to say: "Without using paid incoming Finnish linking services like:"

www.020300200.com
Suomen Yritysopas.


Keep in mind, that this 'Ranking Well On a Google Search Principle' applies to any sector or topic of the market. Not only for the exotic Finnish keywords as in the above example.

www.jepp.fi ranks astoundingly well for the amount of text the web-site contains.

Please take into consideration that success of www.jepp.fi is based on how many inquiries I receive that turn into jobs. A very simple Rule-of-Measure.

Here is another simple Internet success story:
I calculated for every time I add a new page to www.jepp.fi, my net profit is 200-600 euros. Not bad for a one-man small small business.

Imagine You were to create a new page for your small business Web site. It cost you two hours of your time. You make between 100 to 300 Euros each hour for the time it take you to create that page.

Traditional Web pages get visitors. Where: Visitors = traffic. But just by having oodles of visitors is no guarantee you will profit!

I receive phone calls from companies promising better ranking. I learned that these so-called "We'll help you rank better" linking services are out there for a quick "Euro."

Pay them 300-1700 Euros per year, and the traffic delivered to you is minimal. After the yearly ubscription is over, you loose traffic to your site, and you have to subscribe again.

Why throw money away by buying a link? Why pay another web-site owner over and over again?

My simple internet success story secret: Here is an example how I have saved real 'Cash' in "Euro's" year after year.

Cut Advertising costs dramatically!

As a small small business person, my advertising costs are cut by 80 percent, by excluding the following advertising:

  • Yellow Pages (Keltaiset sivut in Finnish) cost = 600 euros for a color add.

  • Paid for external links to my Web site, including directories = 300-700 euros per year.

  • Webmaster web-site pages creation and update costs = 400-1500 euros per year.

That is from 1300-2800 Euros per year in savings.

  • Create In-demand content using the Pre-selling method. This gives people an open-to-buy mindset.

  • Create a simple form on your web-site. Which sends a potential customers inquiry to your e-mail address.

Voila! The inquiries for work just keeps coming (by e-mail) day and night.

Since 2004 work orders, via on-line forms, come through my site www.jepp.fi website. And I keep getting more work. This super simple website has given me a hundredfold return on my 'time' investment.

It just dawned on me....I already live off my on-line business.

The more good content I add to www.jepp.fi,the more work orders I get. An absolute No-Brainer. Excellent content = Mo-ney
