My favorite place is at Hörtsänän Arboretum where you can see hundreds of different Finnish and foreign plant and tree species.
Or take a day hiking trip in the countryside. Stay at a quaint bed-and-breakfast place.
The absolutely coolest trip I have taken is one that took me on a path, 50km deep into the Finnish forest along a windy off-the-beaten-track road. It seemed as if I were driving into nowhere.

Your "Finland Vacations" always include having a Finnish sauna? The real "Finnish" sauna experience as only experienced in Finland.
A Sauna in Finland--Look at the steam coming from that sauna!
Once, when I poured water in a so-called 'Finnish Sauna' in Stockerau, Austria, a spa attendant stormed in the steam room rebuking me for pouring too much water onto the stove. I poured on less. They said. "Water pouring times are every half hour only." Oops--Do not worry, in Finland you will experience a real Finnish sauna, and with some advice, it will be a *great* Finnish sauna experience.
